My first experience with Primo Smiles was awesome! I don't think I've ever left another dentist office this excited about my journey since my braces days! I'm soooo looking forward to my visits and the changes we're going to make. Thank you guys for truly caring about your patients!
Dr. Kerns just finished my tooth implant and I love it. It will take some getting used to because that tooth has been gone for 40+ years but it’s great. It looks and feels like the rest of my teeth. You can’t ask for any better than that. I also like that his office calls the next day to make sure everything is going ok after the procedure.
Dr. Kerns and his staff are truly amazing! The staff is super friendly, professional and the sweetest ladies you could ever meet. My kids and I were at ease as soon as we walked through the door. Dr. Kerns was super nice and gave my kids his undivided attention. I highly recommend Primo Smiles.
Everyone in this office is friendly and will do whatever it takes to make sure your experience with them is a positive one. I have never liked going to the dentist before but now I don't mind it at all. Best dentist I have ever been to, by far!

You couldn't ask for a more friendly, professional staff with a great sense of humor. You feel at ease and the office is nicely decorated (I'm pretty sure by the staff)! I believe tbe Dentist will not do any dental work he does not feel is necessary. This young dentist and his wife and their dentist family are well on their way to a successful future.
